SHIH TZU  

Shih Tzu is famously known as the little "lion dog".
In the seventeenth century, shih tzu's were brought from Tibet and bred in the forbidden City of Peking,
probably by crossing the Tibetan Lhasa Apso and the native Pekingese.
The Shih Tzu is small, sturdy, and intelligent.One of their most valued characteristics is the eye,
which exude warmth and a human-like quality and can even live well in an apartment. Friendly and outgoing,
the Shih-Tzu has a very trusting nature and loves the companionship of humans.
Shih Tzu dogs are a good choice for a family with well-behaved children as they love to play,
as long as they are handled with care.
The Shih Tzu dog's long, silky coat requires daily brushing to keep it's elegant appearance.
